I was really astonished when Alien Vs Predator featured a WoC as a main (and triumphant) character. I don't think she talks to any other female characters about anything, but it's been a very long time since I've seen the movie. She isn't concerned with male characters romantically at all, and that was... just... so... refreshing. Stunning, even.
