I was really astonished when Alien Vs Predator featured a WoC as a main (and triumphant) character. I don't think she talks to any other female characters about anything, but it's been a very long time since I've seen the movie. She isn't concerned with male characters romantically at all, and that was... just... so... refreshing. Stunning, even.
Gotta love the whiney dude in comments who's all, "But last night I sat between two hot women and the bitches were totally yammering on about stuff I didn't care about, without like even having the courtesy to of making sure I was entertained, so clearly this proves that chicks are boring and nobody should have to listen to them."
