Counting most optimistically, 9 contained one "woman" character, inasmuch as any of the main wee burlap characters were gendered.
However, that in itself raises interesting questions, because all of the wee burlap characters are pieces of a male scientist's soul. While I think it's quite intriguing and a little nifty, that a man's soul contains a feminine part that isn't the "weak and emotional" part (and also isn't distinguished by eyelashes or breasts), it also kind of puts into question whether or not she satisfies the Bechdel Test's definition.
Besides 7 (the female voiced character), the landscape is devoid of feminine characteristics. The only other female form I even remember seeing was a woman and child's corpse in a car; I don't even remember women being involved in any of the war videos in the library.
Overall 9 is a pretty movie, but disappointingly shallow.
